Initial impression was disappointing as we were ignored and waiting around at the front until the bar tender made eye contact and greeted us. We were seated in the back part for food and shisha, overall service was friendly but we felt neglected. We had to wait a long time each time to order and wait two hours for tap water after asking at least six times throughout the evening. My food was good but the Salmon was over cooked and grilled far to much on top abit dry. Shisha was nice but again be prepared to wait for coal. If the service would have been better and my food cooked well I would go back again and again.
Food was not as good as before , raw, uncooked tomatoes. Lack of service , very old fashion music, they said that they have licence till 11.30 for the music! As soon as you leave the table for dancing they take all your drinks and teas away! They don't have the capacity to accept their lack and improve it, no manner basically!
Piano restaurant was virtually empty when we visited on a Friday night at 7pm save for one other table, this meant the atmosphere was not as it could have been. The starters were great; the mast-o-moosir was wonderful and likewise the taftoon. The khask bademjan was ok and doogh fairly good. Our waiter, only his second day, was very helpful and friendly. The mains, I felt, were a bit of a let-down, the lamb kebob was not as fresh as it should be bademjan bland. I probably wouldn't go again
Lovellyyyyyy. excellent service with lovely cocktails and the food was delicious with very big portions. the piano music to top it off was delightfu. Toilets were nicely done up but were very cold!
Piano restaurant chiswick was a very friendly place. The shish meat I had for main was excellent and while we didn't try many of the smaller meze type dishes the two we did have were good. Piano is a good value place to eat and isn't too flash or overbearing.
