Rama Thai Restaurant - London

Placed order with Uber at 8.05pm, continual postponements to delivery time even though it had apparently been collected. 9.30pm they updated that they had started preparing. At 9.45 pm they cancelled the order

We ordered via Uber Eats, and specifically, as we always do, stated that I am allergic to chilli so please do not put n any food, we also stated we are pescatarian. When the food arrived two of the dishes had chilli in them, when you don't eat a spice you notice definitely of it has bee added, and you could see the red flakes. Also, the prawn toast had no prawns in it but did have chicken. When we called the restaurant to complain about the chilli the person denied there was any chilli in the food, and argued about it, we had/have pictures of the chilli in the food, he categorically refused to accept that this was the case, even after we stated it was a legal requirement to abide by allergy advice given at point of order, he brought the chef (I use the word loosely) who also denied it. My friend also ordered a curry that only had 4 pieces of meat (he is not pescatarian) in it. The fact that they would not accept responsibility is disgraceful, especially when they have put my health at risk.

Eat here for the first time meeting with friends, was nice and easy as I was staying at the Travel lodge across the road and the receptionist told me it was very good. From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside its cosy. Main thing is the food and it did not disappoint had a green curry and my friend had the pad thai both were great! Nice little place to use when in the area

Ate in here ages ago and wish we had came back earlier as could not believe how amazing the food was Love spicy Panang curry and they didn’t disappoint, large portions with thick tasty sauce, fragrantly spiced with just the right amount of heat Felt I was back in Bangkok Poky spicy delicious papaya salad to start and the lads had 3 skewers of chicken served with a lovely peanut spicy sauce each Lovely service from a wonderful Frenchman (sorry we didn’t get your name) all served with some well priced bottles of wine

The food at this restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced. All of the curries are top-notch, especially the Green curry with prawns.
