Salaam Namaste - London

The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding and beautifully presented. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The wine selection is also impressive, although it does come at a higher price. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

A group of six friends who hadn't seen each other in a while had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The food was good, the service was efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We are already looking forward to returning soon.

This is a favourite local restaurant of mine but the quality of the food and service was not up to its pre-lockdown level. Our waiter lacked training. Spilled third of the bottle of our prosecco on opening it and mumbled something about making it up to us later...but we had to ask for it at end of the meal and then were presented with one glass between us. When I requested another glass for my friend, he was reluctant to provide it saying that that mine was equivalent of what he's spilled! I insisted and he eventually brought another, smaller glass. My seabream dish small and on a bed of some wilted, scappy lettuce, left me still hungry so we asked to look at the dessert menu. I'm gluten free. The waiter said there was nothing I could eat. I asked for their usual ice cream but he said they didn't have any....later bringing a scoop on my friends plate which accompanied his, much smaller than usual, pudding. Unless things improve, we won't be back!

Really quite different flavours in all of the dishes we tried. Very good use of spices and flavours so nothing is overpowering. Excellent service from all the staff in the restaurant. It is such a shame that there were so few customers as it use to be constantly busy, probably due to the lack of students at UCL/UCH and tourists. It may just have been a quiet night in Bloomsbury as the pubs were empty too. Please Please book to eat here and have a really well cooked and presented meal as it’s yummy!!

Food was good but service was poor Waiter was rude. Had to remind them of a food order three times and it only came right at the end. Then they charged us for two portions of this food item when we only asked for one item but had to ask three times. So they overcharged us but then tried to make it out they were offering a discount saying we should have charged you three portions. We only ordered it once but had to ask three times because it had not come this was quite appalling and not even an apology to acknowledge the fact it was their fault they had not brought it out.
