What was I only had a half an hour for my lunch break and now got no lunch very disappointed call the restaurant they’re not interested to tell me to call Deliveroo not very good customer services into noticed this is not a restaurant, it’s in the railway arches. Very disappointing indeed
I ordered food from a delivery service and only received one of the two pastas I ordered. The pasta was not packed properly and leaked all over the bag. It's important for restaurants to double check their orders, even when busy, to avoid leaving customers disappointed and hungry.
Very disappointing experience. I got a large gnocchi Sorrento through mealpal. When I got back I saw they gave me a tineee tiny box, I thought it's fine, but then I opened it, and it wasn't even half full!!!!
As a Deliveroo rider, I waited for about 30 minutes for a small order at this restaurant. The staff were rude and there was no effort made to improve the situation.
I know this was a harsh score, given the pasta was fresh and really tasty (couldn’t fault it in fact) but the price was mental. I had half what you’d get in a Coco large, and paid more. The garlic bread was disappointing too hard as rock, no seasoning and didn’t taste of garlic. I want to support small businesses, but can’t afford to pay £7.10 for that kind of portion size!
