Thai Tho - Soho - London

We went to this restaurant on October 12, 2023 and the food was fantastic. However, our visit on New Year's Eve was extremely disappointing. Every dish we ordered was cold and served on chilled plates. We sent the food back, but it was simply reheated in the microwave and brought back to us over a 20-minute period, causing the first plate to become cold by the time the last dish arrived. The beef was tough, the noodles were heavy with burnt onions, the rice was clumpy, and the prawns were once again served cold. We were looking forward to this meal, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Despite the disappointing experience, we still had to pay £45 for starters and a couple of bottles of beer. We will be searching for a different Thai restaurant for our next visit to London.

The food was delicious and the location was perfect. However, the restaurant is quite small and there were long lines for the limited number of toilets. Additionally, customers have to wait in a crowded corridor as people come in and out. Overall, it's more of a grab-and-go spot rather than a place to spend an evening.

Located in a charming spot overlooking theater district, this restaurant offers a menu filled with traditional Thai dishes that were all exceptional. The service from the young team was very efficient, allowing us to enjoy our pre-theater meal before heading to our show.

Great customer service! Our waiter was super nice (unfortunately I don't remember his name , but he was very helpful, he gave us a dessert with a little candle on it for my younger sister's birthday. He was very attentive, was checking on us, and made our lunch very nice. The food was okay. I love thai food, and it wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad. The chicken was very tender, and it was spicy enough, but the curry sauce was more like a soup. The coconut dessert however is to die for! : I'll definitely come back there only for the service!

This restaurant was really great! It was convenient and fast but mainly the food was GOOD!!!! The service was excellent! The place was not empty but we were still seated quickly. We had an appointment to meet other people in about an hour and I was initially concerned that everything might take too long but that was absolutely not the case. We ordered a soup and an eggroll appetizer, they were yummy. We each ordered an entree, one chicken, one pork, and they were both exceptional. The waitstaff and (perhaps) manager were very attentive and friendly without being pushy. We were really impressed with everything and recommend this restaurant highly!
