If you love gourmet burgers and unique dining experiences, then this place is fantastic! The portion sizes are generous, the mac and cheese bites are amazing, and there are plenty of options to choose from. Definitely worth a visit whether you're a foodie or just looking for a delicious meal.
To brixton village with my small brothers (which visited after the weekend) on the look for a delicious dinner, there are always tempting there, but sometimes too many possibilities! after opening zomato we decided to go the joint and see if it lived up to its Rave reviews! we have all decided for 16 hours pulled pork, although I went with the Asian pulled pork, while my brothers both had the bbq, we shared a side of the wobble rings and some cheesey pommes (not pictured) the meat was super tender and the portions were huge! the Asian claw was quite spicy, but so fresh and tasty and contrasted beautifully with the delicately drawn pork, along with the super fresh brioche buns I was on a victor. the side also supplied, crispy crispy crispy tweeper rings with tangy BBQ sauce and shoe running fries crushed in cheese bechamel; I will be definitiw back to be definitiw a visit if I dive through brixton village!
Hello, hello, joint! I can't believe it took me so long to check this place, but I'm glad I did that! the joint is located in the popular brixton village. it was a busy Saturday night, so I had expected a long table waiting that there was, but a pint of streatham bier (which they sell) in the waiting queue helped to ease that waiting and that was waiting it was totally worth it. it's not a pretty food, but the pulled pork was really good and burst with taste. a scream goes out to the cherry, what a must be, and chicken wings whipped with scotch bonus.
Originally starting as a popup in 2012, The Joint quickly became a permanent fixture in the London dining scene with 2 locations in Brixton and Marylebone. I first tried their sandwiches at the Brixton branch in Brixton Village about 3 years ago and have been a fan ever since. The menu is simple yet satisfying, with a selection of mains and sides to choose from. I opted for the beef brisket bun with smoked aioli and bacon relish, which was absolutely delicious. The brisket was tender and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the savory and sweet relish. The brioche bun was also outstanding, freshly baked and buttery. Don't forget to order a side of wings, whether BBQ or hot, they are a must-try. The Joint continues to impress with their incredible flavors and quality ingredients. Don't miss out on a visit to this Brixton institution. For more food reviews, follow me on Twitter @annixontong and @wetrykai, and on Instagram @annixontong.
