The food here was really good I don't think it could have gotten better, the service was fast but not as friendly as they could have been. And the atmosphere was kind of dead and did not really satisfy what I was expecting. Overall it is about the food andthat was a definite 5/5

Cashier took a solid 4 minutes to place my order for a simple combo meal. Clearly he didn?t know how to operate the register well. Then they forgot the hash browns. I ordered a normal combo and they forgot half of it.

This Bojangles never seems to have any chicken ready, and they always get the order wrong. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook chicken. Ordered 8 Piece Chicken Meal with mac cheese and pinto beans. Got mashed potatoes gravy, and 8 pieces ofchicken with 3 thighs and only 1 breast. None of us like thighs that much or the mashed potatoes gravy at all. So basicallycompared to what we ordered and wanted, we ended up with only 5 pieces of chicken and no sides. Popeye?s is opening in Berea sono need to go elsewhere for fried chicken after that.

I was there around 8:30 p.m. on 9-24-22. Probably should have left when I saw the cook and another employee standing by the drive through front door taking a smoke break. I ordered a breast and wing combo. Got home to my order and it was a thigh andleg combo. The thigh was very very undercooked. Worried that I would get food poisoning. You had one job. Cooking chicken. Youwon?t see me there again.

Place is very clean. Staff went out of ther way to make sure we got fresh food and very friendly. Food was great . The only fast food I will get .
