Long John Silver's Kfc - London

DOOR DASHED: Fish shrunk, missing hush puppies, Pop flat where they obviously did not add syrup and the sweet tea had no sugar and tasted like colored water. Very disappointed!

It was a combo restaurant, KFC and Long John Silver, the fish and fries were great, hot, not greasy, but I was disappointed that they didn't have the cheese curds as some of the individual restaurants offer.

Wanna know what $9 gets you at Long John Silver's? Not a whole lot. You get a piece of chicken and fish, each the size of a credit card (see pic for proof), and just about as thin. Enough fries to fit in the palm of your hand, and that's about it folks. Don't worry if you want your food well done though, they will cook it to the limit and then some, ensuring that you get the toughest driest food out there. It's like fish jerky.Avoid. I didn't realize this play has mostly 2 stars before I went.

Store was so filthy, I will be calling health department Monday morning . I ordered 45 dollars worth of food, I went in to tell the workers I didn’t get the shrimp in my 35 dollar meal, I was told it doesn’t come with the meal anymore. I told the guy at the window there is a picture of this meal out on the ordering sign and I assured him it does say shrimp, I told him it’s ok I would like to return the wrong meal and get my money back, he went and got Brittney the “manager’ who came to the window with “ there is no way I’m refunding your meal”. She didn’t seem concerned with my issue , she just wanted to tell me the customer how it was going to be. I guarantee I will never go back here. I asked for her corporate phone number to which she answered we are not corporate owned. I think this gal missed her customer service training if the business even gives that to them.I guess I will be contacting KFC and LJS corporate offices to let them know what a name this store is making for them. I am sure they care. This place was so dirty I can’t even eat the food after seeing inside, 1/4 inch thick grease on the floor and sidewalk as you walk up to the door, old chicken laying in the dirty driers, this place needs investigation for making people sick, old oil smell so I know oil isn’t being changed, ya, big waste of 45 dollars, thanks LJSKFC,Raymond the owner needs shut down!Better get it up to health department standards because first thing Monday morning I am calling them!
