Feedback gevenWent through the drive tonight and made a relatively large order (it was pretty busy) and I had noticed when I got home that my mcnuggets weren't in the bag so I called in about it and the manager Amanda told me to come back so I did she was super nice and super helpful about the situation (I ordered a 10 piece she replaced it with a 20 piece) and was wicked nice about the entire ordeal I will be back to this location in the future as she didn't make me feel like I was a burden when I came back due to a mishap. Thanks again Amanda the world needs more of you not less
Atrocious management. I don’t usually file complaints or make bad reviews however today at around 5:25PM, we went through the drive thru and ordered food. At the payment window, the girl opens the window, sticks the machine out the window for me to use my card. This girl never said a word, no hi, no thank you, no goodbye, nothing. Didn’t even say pull ahead, she just closed the window in my face. Not one word said. I pulled up to the next window and asked for a manager to enlighten her about the poor customer service at the 1st window. I would think in a customer service business they would want to correct that. But apparently, Ashley, the manager must have trained that employee because what I was told was my complaint can go both ways and she closed the window in my face. I kinda yelled at her through the window, I can see where your employees get their ignorance. She smiled and walked away. I am 60 years old by far not a grubby or unprofessional individual. If this is the kind of customer service they offer, the owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves. Clearly, by the number of bad reviews on this site about this store, tells a tale that the owners have to know and have disregard for this to continue. Honestly horrible service. I get, it’s Mcdonalds but the point is there still should be some level of customer satisfaction.
Went though the drive thru and the customer service was the worst I ever experienced so I asking for a plastic cup on the side, the girl grabbed a paper one so I just said plastic please incase she missed that part and she said snarly I’m working on it so I was like you don’t have to be rude, so she yelled at me even more rude and yelling goodbye goodbye. So there I called the store to speak to a manger so he could correct the issue so another paying customer doesn’t get treated like that and he just hands her the phone to yell and be completely disrespectful. Safe to say I’ll forever avoid this place now.
THE WORST service of any mcdonalds ever. If you are at the drive through, be ready for slow service, and don't dare be upset about that, because you still have to deal with the terrible people that work there. Just kids, sure, but rude and snotty kids, to say the least. If I never eat here again, that will be fine by me.
It's McDonald's, so the food is what it is. This location has a tendency to be fairly slow, however, and often the coffee tastes very stale and dirty. They consistently seem to have fries that aren't hot while having hashbrowns that will burn the roof of your mouth. But again it's a McDonald's so it's not like I'm there for gourmet food… But it's definitely quick and convenient for people in the area for what it is.
