Poutine combo upgrade $1.99. I was looking for a fast food alternative this evening and Harvey's fit the bill. Good and fresh, with the toppings I wanted.

The burger was almost raw I was shocked to get my burger less than 2 minutes Avoid don't go here worse burger ever.
