Pizza Hut - London

In the past we ordered from this store frequently, slightly less in recent times. This is due to the several issues we have encountered. Consistently late with delivery, poor quality of product, i.e we ask for extra cheese and the cheese barely covers the pizza and one time we even had raw chicken nuggets. I didn't want to write this review, but when the negative experiences vastly outweigh the positive, it was time. It's a shame, as we really enjoy Pizza Hut pizza's from any other location.

If we're in the mood for pizza out, this is where we head. Menu is small but consistent. And, obviously, we love their pizza! Tip: their chicken caesar salad is one of the best I've had!

Pasta was cold, like actually, not just like warm but cold. Dessert pizza was also less than luke warm. The waitress brought the same incorrect drink order to the same person not once but twice. We asked about a cheese pizza (vegetarian option) and was told a special order would be put in with the kitchen. Never happened. I get that it's only $8.99 but come on.

We came here one day during the week for the lunch buffet.The buffet was almost laughable. The amount of food set out at one time was enough for a family of 5, not a restaurant full of people.There were 2-3 medium pizzas out and were cut in very small pieces. Very very small pieces. The pastas were always running low and the salad as well.It was almost laughable because each time people went up it would awkward...you could only take a slice or two at a time (which in reality 3 or 4 of their pieces was the equivalent to a normal slice) and a small scoop of pasta so that you could leave some for the others. I really couldn't understand this because there always seemed to be a staff member overseeing the buffet at all times.What a joke. We will not be returning to this location.The only reason why we did not complain was because we saw how overworked and busy the servers were. Our young server was a complete sweetheart but she was in charge of too big of an area. She was stressed but she was always polite and attentive. I forget her name but she was a high-school aged young Asian woman. She deserves a raise! We'll be going to another location from now on.

This is our usual Sunday stop when craving the deep pan Pizza hut pizza. Very limited selection of beer (bud or bud light) but pizza
