Sakata Bar & Grill - London

Good sushi. not the best i have ever tried. I will be back for sure. Went there for dinner not sure if they are open for lunch

Been here twice in the past month. Food is very fresh and unique. They have ipads for ordering and service take out orders. They don't take reservations and it is very small. They have a couple tables outside on the patio also. The octopus is...delicious, salmon sashimi is amazing and shrimp tempura is fabulous, I also really enjoy the salmon tartar.

Came here for dinner and promptly seated by the waitress and handed an iPad like menu. With that I chose Sapporo beer along with miso soup, California roll and spicy salmon. Miso was meh, while both rolls were quite good. Ambiance is fine and so...too was the service. All told just a little over bucks. I'll be back.

Split a few sushi rolls and a bowl of ramen with a friend here for lunch. Service was decent, no complaints at all. Sushi roll selection was not very large, but we managed to find a few that interested us. The taste was fresh, ingredients...well balanced (good ratio), decently sized. Quality is better than AYCE sushi, and i might even say better than ozen (although i havent tried many rolls from ozen) The ramen is the best ive had in London. Noodles fresh and soft, flavourful broth. Mango shake was also tasty, nice and thick. Overall, a very decent place to eat at in London.

Two of us had lunch at Sakata. We ordered three types of sashimi, two maki rolls and a couple of beers. Our bill was almost not including tip. Ouch...and the food was just so-so.
