Shelly's Tap and Grill - London

On Wednesday, February 15th at 12 noon, there were four of us at the restaurant, which was not very busy. We ordered drinks and everything seemed fine. However, when our food arrived, while it was good, the service was lacking. Our server, a woman around 30 to 40 years old with black hair, did not check in on us or offer any additional drinks or coffee after our meal. We were disappointed that she did not provide the level of service we expected. This was our first time visiting the restaurant and unfortunately, we will not be returning. In comparison, our recent experience at Red Lobster was much better. The waitress was attentive, checking on us multiple times during our meal and offering dessert or anything else we needed. This type of attentive service is what we prefer, which is why we have chosen to leave this review for Shelly's restaurant.

Friday evening (yesterday) held for food ... we were starving, but going to dinner later so decided on appetizers. Ordnete Spinat Dip was fine, there were a lot of bread things around, but they were covered in Come Rub? It was very...Salty and overwhelming level would have been better. Had half order Nachos were nothing special BUT I was surprised came with half cups of any sour cream, guacammole and salsa (Gucamole was extra, but it was worth serving) and a sequence of frits. We had a glass of wine and 2 soda was not worth the bill $70. Breakfast 3 egg potatoes sausage x2 one with pea flour and bread good, but I had bowls in my over hard eggs ... little waffles — delicious! Many fruits with him whipped cream (not real), syrup n butter he loved the waffle Papa eaten fruit. Bill was $50 waitress was good, but not all right for son breakfast, so he last ate. Check out the menu before you go... I'd give him a proper review. The actual dinner can be good, but we didn't come to... They close at 9 a.m., so the dishes had to skip for late dinner.

Very nice restaurant with friendly staff at the Best Western Lamplighter. We ate two dinners here. The food was good, the soup was excellent. The mixed drinks are generous and refreshing. We also loved the convenience. Great place!

Great service and delicious food. I ate here two out of three nights during my stay, I would have had all my meals here. The ribs are falling from the bone and the Caesar salad is so good. I recommend you try....Prices are very reasonable for a good meal. Oh, and they make a delicious Pina Colada!

We chose to stay at the Best Western Lamplighter Inn so we could conveniently dine at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.
