This restaurant in Mainland China is a pricey and lackluster version of The Alley.

I regretfully brought my son to this restaurant for his first visit today. I do not enjoy tapioca in my drinks and always request for my drink to be made without them. However, today when I asked the girl to make my drink without tapioca, she refused, stating that they are not allowed to do so and would get into trouble for not including the tapioca. She claimed that she couldn't change the recipe. I found this policy to be absurd, as I have placed Uber orders in the past specifying 'no tapioca' without any issue. I have also bought drinks there before and asked for no tapioca. I left the restaurant without ordering a drink, as it was clear that they would rather lose a paying customer than make a drink without tapioca. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will take my business elsewhere where they accommodate customer preferences.

I absolutely adore the atmosphere of this shop. It's my favorite place to go for boba tea!

Bit pricey but love the tiramisu boba tea from here.

If it was not the bad attitude of the girl at the counter it would definitely be a 5 star. We visited the store at around 8:30 8:40 pm on Saturday on 30 December 2023 at the store in London Ontario just becoz my wife praised it. When we were placing the order the girl at the counter was not at all welcoming (don’t know what was wrong with her) felt she was just racist. The 2 gentleman at the store were so good and had a smiling face. The girl was arrogant and had a bad attitude. This was not the customer service I was expecting. Never returning to this store ever again and recommend others as well. How much ever good product you have you lost us. I hope she changes her attitude. Arrongt girl
