I've always been a fan of Wendy's. And so I wrote an evaluation with 5 stars. As a result, I was offered a free burger. Don't do that. It's just a free burger when you buy another burger. I usually buy a big salad, etc., but today I wasn't even offered a side salad. It was two unwanted burger periods. No compromise. Therefore deleted 2 stars.
I visited Wendy 's Restaurant #00006617 on Hyde Park Road in London, Ontario N6H 5L9 on Tuesday 10. April 2018 at 12:01PM. I ordered a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and 2 more products. The Junior Bacon Cheesburger had a hair in it that was about 1 foot long. I ate half the burger and noticed half a centimeter of hair from the burger where I wanted to take my next bite. I cleaned my clothes, steering wheel and other parts of my vehicle interior were hit with Pikplatter. I saved the burger (which contains the hair), I saved the entrance, I reported the incident to Wendy 's 1-888-624-8140 (the phone number listed on their website). I was told that within 48 hours I would get a call from someone to Wendy to properly deal with this problem. The 48-hour window has passed my phone number without phone calls, with which I give Wendy 's when calling the incident. My complaints are as follows: 1. Hair in my Cheeseburger 2. Cleaning fees for my truck 3. Being lied to ignore the problem and/or not treated in the time promised by Wendy's Head Office. The franchise owner contacted me and was insulting to say the least. In short, I was offered a replacement cheeseburger for the entire Ordeal. I went quiet 5 seconds, asked if she was serious, and explained that the time from my day to have this call with her costs, an entrepreneur himself, much more than a Cheeseburger. *This does not even touch the fact that my vehicle needs detailing of coke *The lost wages associated with the treatment of this disease (inform my complaint to BBB, call the Middlesex London Health Unit in relation to insecure food treatment practices) In Wendy's defense, the owner of Hyde Park Franchise asked me what I want. I should not be the one who has to solve this, but on the other hand I have respect for someone who puts the ball in my court and allowed me to ask what I believe to be fair. What I think is fair is more than what your average person might think fair because I earn more money than the average person, so you could argue that I have more compensation for my time (i.e. I lose more money that gives up my time than the average person). I do not say that my time is more important than other peoples). I want to detailed my vehicle (paid for by Wendy 's) I want a replacement cheeseburger (paid for by Wendy 's) I want a $300 Wendy 's gift card for the few hours of my time this oral has consumed in various ways (some examples listed above). Yeah, $300 is fair when I make $150/hr. I would also like to compensate for the fact that I have wrongly enforced this whole order. The above costs cover, what is with compensation to avoid me as a customer? What about compensation to prevent me from increasing this problem (not saying I would, but the newspaper always likes a VICTIM story)? What is traumatic with the compensation for me by creating a phobia that eats from this point to the front, especially at a Wendy's? I could go further, but I will leave this compensation in the hands of the franchise owner, I have specified my costs and that I earned more than just costs, lets see just Wendy's treated loyal customers of 31 years.... In the END I GOT HINWEIS FOR WENDY 'S AND EVEN THE BBB the FILE and SAID we have for those you mention and we have this for WENDY 'S BBB FILE for the PUBLIC YOU.
Wendy went through a quick lift. It's bright and cheerful. I always find the staff friendly and the food good. The burgers are good, but also the stuffed potatoes. I like the fries for a snack while traveling.
It had been too long since I chose Wendy's to dine at. This place is exceptional by today's standards. It should be The Standard, like it was a couple of decades ago. Delicious, healthy food options, quite reasonably sized portions, excellent service ongoing. Wendy (Team,...here), you WOW me, delightfully! Baked spud, chili, coffee,... I was pleased, filled, and I'll be back with whomever I can share Wendy with!
