Mcdonald's - Lone Tree

We ordered the mc double $5 dollar deal 4 times and she tried to sell us the spicy chicken deal.. after the 5th time because we were holding the drive thru line we went to the window and again now we have two servers at the window pushing spicy chicken no mcdouble. We decided to get 2 qtr pounder with cheese and one regular small cheese burger large fries and small fries $24. Fries were soggy as hell burgers were dry probably cooked early in the morning and left them there for hours took two bites of each and in the Garbage. So freaking disappointing. I like McDonald but not the one on lone tree co..

I rarely leave bad reviews, but the woman who took my order tonight was very rude. I ordered a #3, she asked what I wanted to drink and I asked, Could I get a McFlurry? That 's not a drink. But can I substitute it? What did I say? No. I don 't go to McDonalds super often, so maybe you really can 't substitute that, so that 's my fault... but she could 've at least been friendlier instead of coming across as condescending and rude. I ended up just ordering the sandwich and the mcflurry... mcflurry wasn 't mixed at all when I got it... there was also a cold medium fry in the bag. Not sure what I was charged for because she didn 't give me a receipt and she slammed the window in my face after she gave me my card back, so I couldn 't ask for a receipt... The guy who handed me my food was friendly, so thank you, I appreciate you for that! Update: Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Was able to see this morning that I was charged $16.46 for what was supposed to be a double quarter pounder sandwich and oreo mcflurry. I tried to call and speak to someone 3x about this, but no one answered. I 'll just accept it as a loss, I guess. I will never come back to this McDonalds.

If I could give it zero stars I would. While the food is delicious it doesn’t make up for the lack of customer service. The woman in the drive through taking my order today was so disgustingly rude towards me. She was rushing me when there was no one behind me and had a very mean tone. When I got to the window she continuously rolled her eyes at me and even slammed her window when I was asking her for more sauce. She tried to hand me the wrong order and told me that I didn’t pay for what I got, which I in fact did. She then proceeded to talk to her other employees while serving me about nothing relating to work with my food in her hand, by the time she gave me my food I had been sitting there for almost 10 15 minutes. I sat and looked through my order which was three things just to make sure I had everything and while doing so she told me if I was going to hold up the line then I could go park, once again, no cars behind me. Finally I asked for extra napkins which weren’t handed to me they were thrown into my car. Girl looked well into her 50s and was acting like a toddler. It shouldn’t take almost 25 minutes for fast food when there was one car in front of me and no one behind me.

My go to location for McDonald 's breakfast since they have the dining room open at that time, unlike the nearest location to me, and I don 't want greasy food in my car. Food is usually passable it 's getting a bit pricey to eat at McDonald 's, though, for just passable.

Staff can sometimes be very rude and a couple of times food would come to me cold. Still a good location to go to for somewhere quick but not to be expected as a top tier location.
