Sbarro - Lone Tree

This place really shouldn't be open. The employee offered me cold spaghetti and didn't even suggest heating it up. When I asked if I could pay with cash, he seemed confused. Would not recommend.

The service is incredibly slow for a restaurant that reheats food most of the time. The lines are disorganized, and there’s no system in place for first-come, first-served. If my companion hadn’t wanted to eat here, I would never have returned.

I visited this restaurant on Wednesday, July 13, at 8 PM with my family, and I had a terrible experience. The customer service was awful, and they didn't even have napkins available. I can't recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

Rude staff, and the slowest sbarro I?ve ever seen. I?ll move on to the other options in the food court who care about customer service.

Super rude staff. Laughed at another guest when she asked for a fork after having her pay for pasta. With no fork.
