I really don 't like to leave bad reviews, but as someone with food allergies, this needs to be brought to a higher up 's attention as well as customers with food allergies.I asked if their frozen lemonade was safe for people with peanut/tree nut allergies. While to many this may seem like well it 's just lemonade . People that have life threatening severe allergies have to be INSANELY careful when eating out due to cross contamination or unknown ingredients. It 's always best to ask an employee if you can 't confirm online prior (which I couldn 't because I didn 't have service in the mall). The cashier seemed annoyed, turned around to ask his coworker, neither of them checked anything, he turned back around and went uhh yeah... . I said ...nevermind because I didn 't feel safe with that response and left without buying anything.IF YOU DO NOT KNOW 100% YOU CANNOT SAY YES TO PEOPLE WHEN IT INVOLVES ALLERGIES. That is incredibly dangerous and a lawsuit waiting to happen. Typically a place will have an allergy binder behind the counter that employees can reference. I guess this place does not. Shoutout to Sonic, I got my frozen lemonade from there instead. It was a very disappointing experience. I 'm already really insecure about my food allergies and having to ask about them because I hate feeling like an inconvenience, so to be met with such disregard and making me feel like I was a burden really affected me.Please tell your employees that they cannot say Yes when they don 't know the answer to something when it can be a life threatening situation for someone. They should know this from their ServSafe trainings.
They never answer their phones or seem to have it disconnected. I’ve tried contacting for almost 2 weeks and no one answers
Gross, man. Just all gross. Old food. So hardened, the bottom of our pretzels didn't even tear or respond to our teeth without pulling while gnawing. One of the workers behind the counter had a large head of curly hair flopping all over is that allowed? We had to wear hair nets when I worked in food service. The barely audible grunts in response to questions were super fun too. Geez.
I went to cinnabun but discovered that those dudes closed an hour early. i turn 180 degrees and find this place asked for some pretzels, the lady was extremely nice and made some good pretzels. good stuff.
