Sonic Drive-in - Long Beach

Great experience here. Had a mixup on my order but they were quick to fix mistake ?

I wanted to pay with a card and leave Ms. Parrys a tip, but the card reader on the menu wasn’t pulling up. Ms. Thing was literally running back and forth to give customers their orders! Please fix the card readers bc great service deserves a reward!

Pulled up to four different stalls. All of them had broken screens that didn't work. They have been like this for MONTHS. I can understand if it's financially difficult to replace, but put some cheap cones in the stalls with non-working screens. It's the most frustrating thing to pull out of one stall with a non working screen just to pull right into another one with the same problem. I have come to this Sonic ever since I was a child living right down the street, and sadly it's a mere shell of what it use to be. Hopefully they can turn it around.

They need a new cook! Everything is mummified and dry!!

I came by wanting corn dogs. Well.. The corn dogs were soft and too old to be served. But I would have said so much if the car hop hadn't just literally stolen my due change back. I had tipped her. And she kept 8 dollars. Don't go here the car hops steal.
