Wawa - Long Beach Township

This is the worst Wawa I've ever visited. The place is dirty, and the shelves are poorly stocked. The staff behind the counter can't follow orders correctly, which is incredibly frustrating. It really puts a damper on what could be a great vacation if I can't rely on getting basic food service from employees who seem more interested in their phones than their jobs.

Who doesn't love a Wawa? It really has almost everything you need in a small convenience store! I gave it 4 stars, though, because they need to ensure certain food items are kept in stock and not 'branded out.' Seriously, who orders a cheesesteak or burger from Wawa?

Took over 15 minutes to receive my single sandwich that was ordered. The store only appeared busy due to the snail pace the entire deli staff was moving at. In addition to waiting this long for my food I find out when I got to the house that they didn?t even put meat on my sandwich. Just spinach, onions and sauce. Awesome job..... This is an absolute joke of a location and should just be shut down if they can?t figure out how to make basic Wawa food items correctly.

We were walking outside of the Wawa in the rain yesterday evening and an employee ran out to offer us an umbrella and bags to help us with all of our stuff. He said he didn?t want to see us stuck in the rain with no umbrella. My dad, son and nephew were so grateful, and I was in awe of his kind gesture. I didn?t catch his name, but Wawa is lucky to have an employee with such compassion. This display of kindness is appreciated, valued and wonderful to see. Thanks again, and I will definitely pay it forward.

Very friendly employees, attentive to customers. Empty hot chocolate dispenser has been restocked immediately; my request to use clean gloves to make a vegetarian sandwich was comprehended, and cheerfully complied with. I love Wawa stores in general for being clean and well stocked with a large variety of snack foods for the go. I wish they had an area to sit and eat at!
