Absolutely delicious Carl's Jr.! The Cali Burger was juicy and full of flavor!

Always come on my lunch food always fresh and delicious

I ordered two combo meals—one with regular fries and the other with waffle fries. When I got home, I discovered that they hadn't included the waffle fries. So, I drove back to let them know they forgot my fries. Instead of addressing the issue, the guy started shouting at me, insisting that he had put the fries in the bag. He even called me a liar, laughed, and accused me of trying to get free fries. I just wanted the order I had paid for!

On November 16, 2023, I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant thanks to Alicia and her team. The customer service was impeccable. I placed multiple orders for myself and my coworkers, and even with three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, Alicia was respectful and didn’t rush me. She made sure to put the receipts in each of the bags for all the orders, and I’m happy to report that all four of my orders were correct. The food was also delicious, so a big thanks to the cook!

This is a fantastic restaurant with very friendly staff. The food is always fresh, and I appreciate the variety on the menu. Carl's has become my go-to for fast food. I've never had a bad experience since they opened on Willow and LB Blvd. Thank you to the management team! I'll definitely be back for my Angus.
