Casa Sanchez No 4 - Long Beach

This is where my neighborhood association regularly meets. I have eaten here before, but it was a long while ago I don't remember what I got or how it tasted. I decided to try it again found the woman behind the counter, attentive, friendly willing to customize whatever I wanted, so I ordered a chicken chimichanga with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese guacamole on top absolutely NO hot sauce. When I received my meal, I was surprised at how much food there was. They skimped on nothing; plenty of sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese guac, besides the over-stuffed chicken chimi! Because I ordered my meal with chicken no hot sauce, I expected it to be somewhat bland, but that was far from the case. It was delicious, even better, all the toppings were fresh tasty too! Fat happy, I finished as much on my plate as I could soon there after, the woman who took my order brought me a to-go box. I didn't even have to ask her for one! I am definitely eating at Casa Sanchez again likely regularly. If you want good, friendly service along with plenty of delicious, fresh food made especially for you, then Casa Sanchez is the place for you!

Good food : Fried fish was crunchy and delicious. Chimichanga had cheese inside and outside with sour cream so if your lactose intolerant I would make sure to say no cheese for it. It does seem a little understaffed so I would make sure to be patient with service.

I love their michis and their only $5! some of my favorites are their Carne asada wet burritos with half red sauce and half green sauce. In New Mexico their called Christmas burritos i also love their molcajetes their so good!

They always have excellent food. The Menudo on weekends is great also. Highly recommend Taco Tuesday at $1.25 a taco is a great deal. Prices are very reasonable. Instead of just free chips and salsa....they give you chips, salsa, beans avocado. Just thinking about this wants me to go back.
