Feedback gevenCashiers customer service is garbage, and they have the nerve to ask you for a tip when paying for your order. A simple hello, and a smile wouldn’t hurt. Also, letting the customer know your drink is ready not just leaving it sitting there for your smoothie to melt.
The employees at this location have the customer service IQ of a brick wall.It’s sad how young people lack basic social skills these days.An embarrassment of a location.
I went to buy my daughter an Acai bowl.The first young lady that I asked for a chunky strawberry acai bowl said that they didn't have any strawberries.The next young lady that I spoke to recommended a bowl and what do you know they had strawberries.Never coming back this young lady is just straight lazy.
Better than those boba places! Yup! I said it and I mean it. Boba places are not nearly as good as any Jamba Juice location!! Wifey would disagree with me, but that is okay. Cannot agree on everything.This specific Jamba Juice location was clean, and the service was fine. Juices we chose were refreshing as always. For the price, Jamba rules over those boba joints (in my humble opinion).
This was easily the worst customer service I 've witnessed in years. My girlfriend and I stood at the counter for a solid 10 minutes before even being LOOKED AT by either of the two workers.
