Original Roadhouse Grill Long Beach

The food was excellent. The tri-tip was delicious and served in a generous portion. The baked sweet potatoes were delightful! The staff was enjoyable, though our server seemed a little too caught up in decorating and forgot to bring the salad. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience.

First off Elia or server was the only reason I give a 2. She was awesome and deserves five stars As for the restaurant. My first impression walking in the door was the smell was awful. It smelt old and musty. Like the place needs to be aired out. Nowon to the food. My salad was good on top until I got down to the bottom and it was wilted. The steak was beef jerky. Both steakswere just horrible. I was so disappointed. Don’t recommend at all, but if you do ask for Elia

The food was decent, but it could definitely be improved in terms of temperature, and the buns were undercooked. The waitress was fine, although we had to wait a while to get our bill settled. I brought a friend from abroad, but I remember it being more impressive when I was younger. I wanted to give it another chance, but I didn't order much, and we finished quickly.

I ordered tri tip sliders and a tri tip salad. Unfortunately, the sliders were mostly made up of fat, and the salad seemed to be topped with sirloin or another thicker cut rather than tri tip, despite being told it was. The lettuce in the salad also looked a bit old. On a positive note, Rose was an excellent server.

The service was excellent, and we were seated right away. The food, especially the ribs, was delicious. The atmosphere was very comfortable, with a relaxing vibe.
