Large n extra large is available for the hungry ones. It's about $6.50 per bowl. Thai tea n the classic iced coffee with condensed milk sold at $2.50. They also have the traditional Vietnamese fried bread at $1.50 n they sold off fast. Mainly for the lunch crowd. Parking is anywhere on the roadside. <br/ <br/ The cons is the meat portion is small. So I usually add a side of extra meat/shrimps to go with it<br/ <br/ Average cost is $12 per person cash only.<br/ <br/ <br/ 06 Jun, 2013 <br/ <br/ Simple traditional Vietnamese Pho. Good prices. But very little meat in their dishes. Only open til 5pm although its open on weekends. Their Asian doughnuts are great but sold out early!! <br/ <br/ Only accepts cash!! Ambience is simple not a place to bring your date to.
We were looking for a good PHO restaurant so we decided to go to Pho Hong Phat today. It was cold and rainy and this place was exactly what the doctor had to order. Food was hot and delicious fair pricing as well. We will be back to eat very soon.
I love this place. The broth hits different. Even though I live basically in Westminster in the heart of Asia, I will make the drive to LB for this. #8 with a side of bread is the usual. The only issue for me is I get lazy to drive at times andddd they close early. So if I'm craving it later in the day I just can't have it : Anyone I haven't taken here does tell me it hits different. Fatty brisket is my jam. Also, carbs. I like to dip my carbs in my soup then follow it with more carbs/noooods.
Fast customer service and delicious!! They pride themselves on the authenticity of their cuisine and it is 100% worth it! Super busy on cloudy days but they'll get you in and out. So long as people don't take their sweet time.
Pho Hong Phat Vietnamese Restaurant...It's all about the flavorful broth, satay sauce and fresh garnishes. This Vietnamese pho restaurant has been a landmark of Long Beach, California since I can remember. I've been eating here before the new ownership, renovation and expansion. The new owners have done a great job with preserving the flavor of the broth and upgrading the restaurant inside and out. My quest for a quick meal brought me here to Pho Hong Phat. I ordered a large bowl of their original pho Vietnamese noodle soup. The bowl of pho came out steaming hot with a side dish of garnishes. I quickly tossed in some bean sprouts, basil, sliced jalapenos and a squeeze of lime into the soup. I added Hoison and Sriracha sauce along with their Satay sauce to bring out the flavor. The soup was good to the last drop. Pho Hong Phat Vietnamese Restaurant is located directly at the corner of Anaheim Street and Coronado Avenue in central Long Beach, California. It right across the street from McDonald's restaurant on Anaheim Street. Indoor dining is still restricted due to covid guidelines but they do have outdoor patio dining options in the back of the restaurant. The shop is open 6 days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed on Wednesday. Stop by if you're craving for a bowl of delicious pho noodles.
