Roc Olive - Long Beach

I would have given them a 5-star rating, but when I arrived at 7:15 pm, they had no record of my reservation. However, they seated us promptly without any delay. The restaurant is a nice place.

The restaurant was not very crowded when we arrived. The variety of food options was impressive, and both the appetizers and main courses were delicious. The service was outstanding. We will definitely return to dine here again!

The food was delicious, but during our recent dining experience, it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed and struggling to keep up with the crowd. We waited almost 45 minutes for our main courses after finishing our appetizers, and part of my meal arrived cold. Although they did replace the cold portion, I was disappointed that it wasn't served hot after such a long wait. We will give them another chance in the future.

The outdoor dining area at this restaurant is charming and delightful. Their Tacos Tuesday deal is fantastic - only $10 for 3 tacos made with flavorful and fresh ingredients. I also tried the seafood paella, which had really fresh seafood, but I found it a bit bland for my taste. The ambiance is great and the staff is friendly, from the hostess to the waitress to the busboys.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant last weekend and we loved everything we ordered! The Prosciutto and Burrata flatbread, scallops, Paella, and salad were all delicious. We will definitely be returning. However, I am updating my review because during a recent late visit, the waitress rushed us out the door. The pork chop was average, but the scallops were excellent.
