Tito's - Long Beach

I called in an order for two chorizo burritos. During the call the girl was rushing through the call. The only information she provided was “your order will be done soon” and hung up. After driving all the way to the restaurant, upon arrival there is a sign that says” cash, Zelle, Venmo only” . Unfortunately I carry a card like most people so I wasn’t able to get my food. Now instead of rushing me off the phone, this information should have been stated so I didn’t have to waist my time and gas. This was very disheartening and I was super upset being hungry and having limited time to choose another option. For a small business the little things matter, now you have waisted food and my time was waisted. Just sad …

The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We all had a great time enjoying our meals. I would definitely return.

I love this place already! Everything I have tried is FIRE! The cook is amazing and counter girls are so nice it’s a family business and they care about their customers! I am blessed!

The staff is very friendly and the food is great! Bobas are the best thing.

I need to start coming here more often. It’s always so good, family owned, friendly staff, and fairly priced. Always hits the spot.
