Avenue Le Club - Long Branch

This is a very stylish restaurant with a beautiful sea view. We visited during Happy Hour, and the drinks were quite potent. We also ordered some mussels to accompany our drinks, and they were absolutely delicious.

This restaurant offers stunning views, and I highly recommend dining outside during sunset. I rated the food 4 stars because three of the oysters we had were not fresh, which is unexpected from a higher-end establishment. I was also underwhelmed by the octopus; it lacked flavor for my taste. However, the Boeuf Bourguignon was out of this world, and the salmon was also quite good. As for the service, the waiter was friendly when he was present, but I expected more attentiveness given the restaurant's prices. Overall, that's all I have to say.

Thank you to The Avenue for accommodating my brother's spontaneous proposal arrangement. Our beach plans were ruined by the weather, but The Avenue welcomed us without a reservation and created the perfect setting for his proposal. We were quite stressed and anxious to get everything organized, so we truly appreciate their helpfulness and amazing service! It was a moment we will always remember!

The restaurant is beautiful from the entrance to the terrace. The service is super friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, the west coast oysters were definitely my favorite on point with the mignonette. The halibut was soft, juicy and the sauce that accompanied it was also delicious. Nicoisesalate had the perfect salt and lemon content. The only drawback is that the food is something under seasoned. But a great time.

Great place for dinner with awesome views of the ocean. They offer a great collection of cocktails , beers and wines. The food is great with many seafood choices both raw and cooked. They also have deserts and coffee if you wish. They also offer brunch.
