It's not Rally's on University Drive in Tempe, Arizona but it's good enough for me to consider it a close 2nd!

Staff was very friendly, no complaints at all. Food was alright but not quite up to current fast food standards at the same price point. However as an exception, their fries do meet that standard. Building is somewhat gray and feels a little run down. While I usually don 't pay much attention to that sort of stuff, it definitely stands out in LIC.

They handed me my hamburger a minute later. No wonder it was raw. Putting a lot of sauce and cheese doesn't cook the burgers; flame and head do it.

Always the best fries, ordering the fully loaded fries was even better than just normal fries that are already great. Staff was friendly and very fast making my order and my coworker. Not bad for busy LIC area.
