Dunkin' - Long Island City

This restaurant has significant customer service issues. Some employees struggle with language barriers and often fail to accurately process requests on the app, leading to numerous mistakes. Not only do they refuse to correct their errors, but they are also quite rude, despite the miscommunication stemming from their inability to understand customer requests. Additionally, the quality of the donuts and coffee is poor, and the staff seems indifferent to their conduct. In contrast, the Dunkin' Donuts on Jackson Avenue is very friendly and handles simple inquiries without any issues. I recommend avoiding this location.

This is a fantastic spot for coffee, and the staff is excellent!

The breakfast was quite delicious I had an icy cappuccino with cheese, egg and speck bagel and a few donuts. it was really good, but I thought the donuts were better.

I ordered an ice cappuccino from here once before. The problem was no ice in the drink. Okay, l came another time and still no ice in the drink. After all it is called ICE Cappuccino. I've had them from other Dunkin restaurants and always have gotten ice. It was disappointing.
