Paris Gourmet Deli - Long Island City

We ordered from pops for dinner lasr week and everything was just fantastic! At one point I called the restaurant to ask a question and they were so nice and friendly. The food was delivered quickly and every sandwich and soup was great (Nizzafries also!). The eggplant sandwich was great. The chicken parmigiana was really delicious (and I am very picky about chx parm And the BLT was just perfect. Welcome to the neighborhood, Pop's! Enough to have a new one.

Went in looking for simple sandwich and they totally nailed blt delicious quality bacon btw they call it the prissy lol then i got to talking to these friendly dudes about the homeade pastrami and boom i got one for the next day and it held very well and i just devoured it.Friendly ckean delicious place ill be back

I had the patensandwich, and I must say, for $10, it was definitely worth the size. They customize the sandwich just the way you like it, and it tastes great—the meat was fresh. The hero broth was decent, though a bit gummy. I did have to wait a while for my sandwich since there weren't many staff members on hand, but the checkout process was very friendly. I'd consider trying something else on my next visit, but I wouldn't say it's a must-try. It's also worth noting that it's strange to see almost the same type of restaurant open in a location that just recently closed down.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and you certainly get your money's worth with the generous portions. Their sandwiches are both delicious and massive. Our favorite so far is the Bull sandwich. We also enjoyed a bowl created by Danny, which he recommended. It includes a mix of ingredients like eggs, fries, cheese, brisket, and a few other tasty additions. I highly recommend this place!

While I don't quite grasp the idea of closing one deli just to open another that is so similar and owned by a relative of the original, it seems that many customers from the first deli have made the switch. They've introduced a variety of sandwiches to cater to the patrons who were let down by the old place. After eagerly waiting for the Sandwich King to open, only to be disappointed, I thought it was worth giving this new spot a try. They're definitely making an effort to address the shortcomings of the Sandwich King. The bull-chicken-snell sandwich I ordered was above average in both taste and size. Though there's still room for improvement, I think it's worth giving them a shot!
