Ramen Shack - Long Island City

Best bowl of ramen that I’ve had so far, compared to Chicago, IL and Arlington, TX. The noodles were thick, authentic, and the pork belly was tender. The broth was thick and seasoning was perfect. The ramen burger was mind blown. The sauce in the burger was flavorful. Highly recommend!

One of the best, if not the best ramen spot in new York. Although the place is small seat about 10 at a time, the food is really great. The guys that work here really care about the ramen they make and it shows when you eat it.

Ramen shack. it may not look good from the outside and I mean that they may not even notice it here, too foot on the basis of its position, but this device serves some GREAT wheels! this place was started by keizo shimamoto, which made the rabenburger popular! he had the ramenburger for years and decided to open a permanent load in long island city in queens, a short walk from the 21. I had the pleasure to try three bowls and they were all brilliant! first I tried the quiet storm, named after the famous song of mobb deep even prodigy decided to visit them. this bowl of rarmen is a rich 13-singredient broth with soy sauce, buckling bell and spinach, accompanied by thick noodles. they taste the complexity of this bowl and was completely satisfied. another bowl I tried was a special one that was made on this day, a green curry ramen. this is a unique bowl, and no rug itself was not very thick. I felt it had the right combination of green curry taste without it exaggerating the court. recently I could try a raven from brooklyn dazzle, which had thin noodles and garlic oil in it. the broth tasted super and the aromen all mixed very well. as far as the ramenburger is concerned, my favorite is the fuji ananas! the grilled ananas adds something beautiful aroma and texture, with me want to get more! especially great at this facility is that I can honestly come back here to taste various bowls of rammen. every time I visit here, it seems to try a new bowl of rammen that keizo has experimented. I have seen many different types of tonkotsu, shoyu, paitan and Shiio wheels available. also the names of the many ramons bowls are very kreatiw. ramen shack, you have won me, and I will get back soon! note: their hours can vary, as keizo other events like smorgasburg also try there! . I would definitely say check their instagram / Facebook page for their hours. it sometimes seems they are closed at 15 o'clock, 7 o'clock or 9 o'clock, so make sure they check because they don't want to be disappointed and make a trip into a closed restaurant!

Ramen shack ‡ go ramen go life, inc finally checked this place and it was also worth it in rain! I'm not sure, but I guess japan tw was there to film the cook and the restaurant. we have the classic tonkatsu and the triple threat. wow don't forget the ice, I split the ice and commanded another. it's a small place, maybe 8-10 seats best, but it was a quick one and eat out. next time I try the ramenburger and some of the other rams! now the classic tonkatsu was all they expect, light brew and very tasteful. I liked it very much, even if I got the threesome threat. this was a much richer taste together with various nudes. I loved the broth so much that I drank the rest of the suppe right in front of the staff. I'm not sure why I've waited so long to check this place, but must be repeated! another visit to ramen shack and this time we have to try the og ramen burger, which was a real tasty bite! They really don't have to waste time to make photos and eat it immediately, as the noodle back begins to degrade as time passes. the flesh was juicy together with the black sauce is a beautiful kick to finish the taste of the meat and smoke noodles. we both go the quiet storm and wow that the broth was amazing, I have drunk the whole bowl quite well and could not stop slamping every bit of it.
