Waheyo Modern Mexican

While I do NOT recommend placing orders through the Waheyo website—given that they partner with a sister restaurant for online orders, and their advertised hours don’t accurately reflect when they're actually open—I highly suggest calling or visiting in person to place your order! The food is absolutely delicious, and the owner is incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every customer has a great experience. When my online order wasn’t fulfilled one evening, he promptly contacted me the following morning with fantastic solutions to make sure I was satisfied (and craving more of their delicious Mexican food!). Although my initial experience with online ordering was quite frustrating, the owner's efforts to rectify it have left me eager to return to the restaurant in the future.

Absolutely fantastic! And just a heads up, when they mention "sharp," they really mean it—no joke! My delivery was quick, piping hot, and truly amazing.

The Burrito al Caballo is absolutely amazing. I've dined at many Mexican restaurants across NYC, and this place has incredible food. I almost didn’t take any photos because it was just too good!

Delicious food, the best I ever had. I'd come back to Queens Waheyo, just for the Pommes. Customer service and staff were also top Notch. They were very accommodating.
