Maison Blanche - Longboat Key

Absolutely fantastic French cuisine! The fine dining experience was intimate and the staff were engaging and attentive. The ambiance was beautiful, making it a true gem of a restaurant. Our server, Isaac, was exceptional—we wanted for nothing during our meal. The menu was quite unique; the octopus was delicious and the snapper was cooked to perfection. They offer a prix fixe menu with options to upgrade to filet mignon if you prefer. My chocolate souffle was simply scrumptious. It was a wonderful fine dining experience and an ideal restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you, Isaac, and the entire team at Mason Blanc!

We started with the octopus and mushroom risotto, both of which were fantastic. For our main courses, we had the Dover sole (with an additional charge) and the Mediterranean sea bass. Each dish was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. We topped off our meal with chocolate soufflés that were simply divine! This restaurant was by far the best we visited during our trip, even though we enjoyed several other excellent dining experiences. It truly embodies everything one hopes for in a fine dining establishment. Most guests dressed accordingly, with many women in dresses and men in nice slacks; several gentlemen even wore jackets. The only ones who seemed underdressed were two young men in shorts. I highly recommend this dining experience.

I haven't visited the restaurant, but for my lunch experience there, I would rate the service as 4 out of 5 and the atmosphere also as 4 out of 5.
