Domino's Pizza - Longmeadow

I always order from here. Recently ordered a BBQ pizza with extra chicken and it was delicious! Love her crust, beautiful and fresh.

This review is available for Dominos on 907 Sumner Ave., Springfield MA. I filed an order yesterday that was never delivered. They called the store yesterday and also today, and they went twice to me, the third time someone picked up and informed that they did not deliver to our area. Not sure how to solve or eliminate this unpleasant situation. UPDATE: The manager, Mr. Augusto, came to us and it was very nice of him to explain difficulties due to the COVID pandemic. Its email to resolve concerns is very appreciated.

Alwsys available when I needed. have no problem love and recommend. Ding dong is Domino's.

What happened?! Domino's was my fave, but not anymore. Ordered small cheese and a combo last night and Cesar's bests you, if you like cardboard. Only thing good was the delivery person's service. Sooo disappointed, especially for the price! I am pleased to say that Augusto Garcia who is the owner contacted me and is providing two large pizzas, bread twists, or desserts to compensate for the bad experience. I do appreciate his management of the problem.
