Starbucks - Longmeadow

The specialty drinks are fantastic, and the renovations from spring 2023 have created a much brighter atmosphere. However, the large workspace feels excessive, and the design and space allocated for ordering and relaxing leave much to be desired. On the positive side, the setup for picking up app orders is excellent—just walk in, take a few steps forward, and your items are ready for you! The staff is wonderfully kind and genuinely cheerful; they're truly nice people, and I look forward to seeing them each week when I visit one to two times. That said, the artwork on the long wall is not appealing and should be replaced with smaller framed prints or photos. A comparison comes to mind: the Starbucks in East Longmeadow has some beautiful framed photos!

The old design and layout was so much better before the renovation. It used to be a great meeting spot for the area with seating and a fireplace, now it's just an expensive Dunkin' Donuts with better coffee. The old design with the fireplace, was better looking, it just needed to be cleaned up as it was getting a little tired.

I visit this place frequently, but what's surprisingly consistent is the level of inconsistency. The service and treatment are never the same. Most of the time, it’s acceptable, but I'm often served by indifferent baristas who seem eager to leave. Today, they managed to mess up a simple regular coffee order three times. Seriously?

I'm sitting here while my 11-year-old enjoys a treat and does her homework, but the employees are constantly dropping F-bombs and checking their phones nonstop. I used to enjoy coming here, but not anymore.

Get ready to stand nuts to butts in the u-shaped line at the end of the restaurant, adjacent to the bathroom. This rebuild is inefficient for customers ordering in store. Y'all have to crowd a row of tables. The layout just doesn't vibe, nice, feng shwey. Just mobile and bounce, the atmosphere isn't welcoming. The color scheme on the walls is cool, says, get ya sheet and get out.
