Arby's - Longmont

Just tried the macaroni and white cheese and was disappointed unless you're a fan of microwaved mac cheese I would just stick with the roast beef or the chicken sandwich. I was trying the 2 for six bucks menu. The roast beef sandwich was good as usual with Arby's sauce.

If I could leave -1 star reviews, this would be the one. Not only was I gifted with food poisoning, but also the view of the “office” in the same area food is being served which seems a bit unsanitary. It seems by the other reviews lately things have gone downhill quickly

No answer so I can 't get a refund I guess. I have one classic RB with no meat??? Just bun. No tartar sauce for fish and ordered extra. No bbq sauce. He thru horsey sauce in when I asked, not looking what he was grabbing I assume. And 4 instead of 5 fish strips. $20 well spent... Also when I said 1min at the drive thru as you can 't see the menu till it 's your turn.. I get told this is bullshit Like sorry I need 3 seconds to look at wtf the menu said. Come here every few months. Open ALL your food before you drive off.

They wash the pans and condiment squeeze bottles in lukewarm water and never clean the grease and dust in the back. There's always food littered about the floor. Oil doesn't get changed until employees complain about the smoke. I wondered why the fries were always so nasty here. Well that's why. I also watched employees stick their bare hands into the fries and sandwiches. Getting sick from a milkshake was the final straw.

If I could leave a -1 star I would. Food poisoning thanks to y'all. Honestly just close down if the staff you have can't keep customers safe. It's the worst service in town as is.
