The first time, it took a good 20 25 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the bar. This last time we ordered ahead of time. When we arrived, we advised we placed an order. The lady at the front said 3 5 minutes. We asked if we would be able to sit at the bar and eat, to which she replied yes. We went and sat at the bar. Five minutes go by, mind you no one has asked us if we wanted a drink. We didn’t exist. No acknowledgement. The lady from the front now tells us it’ll be about 15 minutes until our order was done meaning someone screwed up and either misplaced or forgot our order. No apology. No asking if we had been helped. NOTHING. This whole time, not one employee acknowledged us. Not even the manager, who was the manager both time we visited. He is awful at his job.We waited probably another 20 minutes. Finallyour pizza comes out. But we were standing up toleave before they even got to us with the pizza. The manager said nothing as he stood right next to us.FORGET THIS PLACE!!! Go somewhere that appreciates their customers.
This was our first visit to Beau Jo's in Longmont. Last year, we tried to eat at the one in Idaho Springs but it was so busy we couldn't get a table. We thought, if it's so busy then it must be great. Well, not so much. Staff was very cordial, but the margarita pizza left much to be desired. Maybe the other pizzas are better, but our next pizza will come from Parry's, or maybe Dominos.
Stopped in cause grandchild wanted honey with pizza crust. I can't eat tomato so just ordered enchilada soup. Another person ordered club sandwich. Only 2 slices of pizza were eaten, the club had only tiny bits of meat and the soup was thin, watery full of navy beans and potatoes with a little chicken. Soup was so bad I sent it back. Nachos were good, tho. Will not go there again.
This is the worst takeout order I’ve ever received, and it took an hour and a half to arrive.Received only 10 of the dozen wings I ordered for $16, paid an extra $0.75 for bleu cheese, which did not arrive with the order, and these are the scrawniest wings I’ve ever seen. Not to mention they were thrown on top of a handful of crushed tortilla chips. The menu states that the “mountain” style pizza costs several dollars more because it can be “loaded with an abundance of toppings,” thanks to the tall crust. What I received was a regularly-topped pizza which was 50% crust. I guess the several extra dollars I paid were for an abundance of bread, not toppings.Needless to say, we will steer clear of this place in the future. Saddest $63 meal I’ve ever seen.
Spent $35 on a Cajun pizza. I had to remove a literal handful of chopped red onion from each PIECE of the pizza. They advertise the pizza as weighing 2lbs, most of it is just onion. Just a heavy, onion pizza. There's a lot of good food in Longmont, and much better pizza locally. Don't waste your time or money.I will say the Idaho Springs location is significantly better.
