I'm disappointed to say that my recent experiences at this restaurant have not been great. While the cauliflower and mushrooms are still good, along with the service, the taste of the Impossible Burger has been subpar and the sweet potato fries were ruined the last time I had them. The vegan mac and spinach artichoke dip were also underwhelming. The portions of the dip were tiny and the flavors were uninspiring. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you're just looking for some appetizers. Previous reviews had been positive, praising dishes like the bangin cauliflower, mushrooms with horseradish sauce, and the Impossible Burger with vegan cheese and sweet potato fries. However, my recent experiences have not lived up to those expectations.

I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. My favorite dishes are the bangin' flower and the spinach artichoke dip. The view of Longs Peak is magnificent!

The spinach artichoke dip was tasty, but the Reuben sandwich was not. Additionally, the waitress incorrectly stated that many items were vegan when they were not. Despite my repeated mentions of being vegan, we were served chicken wings instead of the requested dish.

Omg of reuben, the perogies, the spinat artichoke dive! can not wait to try the rest of the vegan options on the menu. the chef is usually vegan and his wife is, so that is right! also, great looking at the mountain.

I got the fried mushrooms and the artichoke dip, both just didn't taste good to me, I wouldn't order again. Also, and I know everyone is different but our server was rude the whole time, and at the end she snapped at me, and several of the other members at my table and no one was unkind to her at all. it was uncalled for. The whole table felt uncomfortable. I will say they have a lot of vegan options and a lot of vegan sauces, though I didn't think they were that good either... unfortunately my experience just wasn't nice.
