Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Longmont

We ordered a 12-piece fried chicken family meal tonight, but received only 8 wings and 4 legs. That’s not acceptable.

I genuinely hope that people don’t come to this Popeyes franchise with the wrong expectations. My experience at this location was the worst I’ve ever had with Popeyes. The biscuits were disgusting and tasted as if they had absorbed flavors from other food in the fridge. They were served that way, unfortunately. The chicken was old, as if it had been left under a heat lamp for too long. The staff member who was taking our order simply disappeared and never returned. After about five minutes, someone else finally took our order at the register. I truly regret wasting my time and money here.

We loved Popeyes but felt quality and service at the Longmont store was definitely going down hill. As others have mentioned, your order was usually wrong missing items or containing unordered (and charged) items.We gave them one more try on August 11th 2023. The order was wrong (as usual) and the food was terrible. We hardly ate any of it, but both got sick. We will never return. So sad, does it need new management?(ps: I gave it one star but correct rating would be zero stars)

Food wasn't really that good they were just about out of the spicy fried chicken it didn't taste fresh but for an upside they were making more spicy chicken but I was in a hurry so I didn't get to wait for the fresh. The macaroni and cheese was not that good. Usually popeyes fried chicken is pretty good i guess just not at dinner time.

This one always takes forever. It’s like they try to go slow. Don’t waste time in the drive through, just go in, or don’t!
