Saigon Xpress - Longmont

This restaurant may not have an upscale atmosphere, but it offers a menu that meets expectations and serves consistently good food. The pho is enjoyable, though it has a generous amount of onion, which may be a plus or a minus depending on your preference. The noodle bowls are quite tasty, and the grilled items in them are delicious. The Vietnamese egg rolls are also fantastic. If you're lucky enough to live within their delivery radius of about three miles, they provide reliable service. The owners are friendly and welcoming as well.

The food was outstanding! The stir-fried egg noodles, crispy noodles, dumplings, and egg rolls were all excellent. I’d give it a perfect 10/10!
