Smashburger - Longmont

I had a slow dining experience at this restaurant. I waited over 20 minutes for just one burger, while other customers who arrived after me were served promptly. I ordered the Colorado burger with two patties, but it took the staff too long to prepare it. After 15 minutes, I thought the staff might be giving away some complimentary items to make up for the delay, but unfortunately that was not the case. I ended up purchasing some fries for $3.24, which were exactly as I expected - deep roasted potatoes covered in olive oil. Overall, this experience was disappointing and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Delain opened on time and took the orders of two families before serving them both. The rest of the staff arrived a little later and were also very helpful. Excellent customer service all around. The food was delicious as always. We will definitely be returning!

So after church at flatirons, my family and I came to smashburger to celebrate my brother's bday. I think an employee(I think his name is delaine) had car troubles or something. So it was a one man show. Their was a family before us and the employee let us all know ahead of time that he was by himself. He did an extraordinary job great customer service. Still got our food out in a timely manner and the food tasted the best it ever has ever. Once the other employee showed up the other employee was very kind and pleasant as well. Thank you soooo much. I would give 6 review if I could.

I have been coming to this location for a couple years now. And tonight I ordered a Colorado burger with tots. Once I got home, I proceeded to find not one, but 2 hairs inside my burger. I have short hair and this is not a mistake. The front counter person was rude and on drugs as well. I am disgusted and will not be returning refund as well!

Manager was speaking in an abusive manner repeatedly to the cashier during my 30 minute wait for 1 burger. 1 burger! 30 minutes is pathetic.. He also yelled at delivery drivers for asking where their orders were. Smashburger is UNDER CONTRACT with third party delivery apps and are not allowed to abuse drivers. Abusing employees is also against the law and will be reported to the Colorado department of labor as well as your corporate office. Next time I'm in there I will also record this behavior on video
