Taco Bell - Longmont

This Taco Bell is a bit unusual. Sometimes they don't accept cash, other times they won’t take credit cards, and occasionally a machine is broken, which can lead to closures. However, their service is impressively fast, as long as you don’t use the app for pickup (the drive-thru works well). I have a lot of respect for the hardworking staff here; they are the real deal. Plus, the prices are quite affordable.

I waited in my car for seven minutes and no one came to the speaker. The drive-thru was open, but the staff ignored me. This is just one of several negative experiences I've had here. All the other Taco Bells in the city are great, but this location has terrible customer service at night.

Honestly, the staff seemed lazy and overwhelmed. They didn’t bother to double-check my order, which was their mistake. Once I finally got my food and entered the restaurant, they had messed things up again because they were too busy rushing around. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism was astonishing, along with poor customer service due to their own errors. Perhaps they should take the time to learn their menu and keep the soda machine filled.

The closing times are only complete at this place. Not sure who they believe they win by posting later times and closing very early. when I was there last week at 10:15 clock and it said that they close at midnight, some psychos drove up at the front of the line to the window and honked again and again for like 5 minutes straight. By now, I had to turn back from the long car train to get out of there. also in this week after taco bell has confirmed her hours but still a few hours prematurely closed. if they don't have any employees, that's in order, but don't try to convince them that their hours are different. it won't work in your favor.

Avoid!! LONG WAITS AND NO WAY TO EXIT DRIVE THRU ONCE YOU PULL INTO LINE! I drove up at 10:30pm thinking this would be a quick stop and instead I waited 15 minutes behind 8 cars in a narrow lane with no exit route before the line started moving. Followed by an additional 15 minutes while the line slowly moved along. What a waste of my time.
