Jucys Taco #10 - Longview

I do like Jucys, but I won't eat here anymore due to shrinking the portion size of the tacos. Tonight I bought what I always bought and am going to bed hungry because it wasn't enough food. The tacos were significantly smaller. I'd rather pay more and know upfront than have my food shrunk without being told. It may not be their fault with inflation, but I will no longer go here. It's just not worth it to me as a consumer to buy bird portions.

The food is extremely fresh, and the portion sizes are generous. The large burrito is delicious! It definitely lives up to the Jucys name. We should definitely consider opening one in Tyler now!

I really appreciate that they offer a chicken fajita option on all their menu items! You definitely get great value for your money, especially with their excellent customer service!

I ordered dinner for my family tonight, opting for two super nachos—one with beef and the other with steak. It seemed straightforward enough, right? Unfortunately, it appeared to be a challenge for the staff, as the steak super nachos arrived without beans, which is the second ingredient listed on the menu after meat. I understand that mistakes can happen, but we were the only customers at the time, and there wasn't even anyone in the drive-thru. They had one job to do, and they really dropped the ball on this one.

I initially wanted to give this place 5 stars, but it seems like there was some mix-up. They forgot to put sour cream on my Juicy's Best Tacos! My order also took longer than usual to arrive. Zack, the manager, kindly offered to remake it, but honestly, who has time for that? Juicy's Tacos are fantastic, with generous portions and great prices! They outshine Taco Bell in so many ways; it's almost comical!
