Nanny Goat's Cafe Feed Bin - Longview

The eating looks good from the far but a lot of time is runny bc it is frozen then melted and water gets everything in the cheeken salat, pimento cheese etc. it is a nice place and no shadow for the girls at the front, but they are not very fast. if they don't get up in their face or call later, they won't be helped. unless it is extremely busy and they are the next in the line, they will be forgotten. beautiful place, always super packed for lunch.

I've always come to nanny goat to eat, but the last few paintings I was there, the quality and customer service has been exhausted. Today I made an order to go there with one command. when I received my order to go what was a spinach salad minus the tangerine, it was missing from the cranberries and the feta cheese. So I'll take it back. then they put rusty on the salad. I said something and the girl asked the kitchen and they said they were from cranberries. So I have to pick up the rusty ones. I'm coming home, and there are no suits in the salad container! What's going on with this business today? I sent them a message about the offered, but they decided to read them and not answer them?

Very disappointed. I love this place and went all the time. poor boy! ordered a spinach salad with cup jalapeños on the side. I just got it too short. When I came where I wanted to eat, I couldn't find my cup jalapeños. I thought they were gone. I opened my salad and took a bite. it had jalapeños all under the feta and nuts and bacon. I'll take care of my salad. (last week ordered 2 and had neither cranberries nor feta.) I called to see if I could bring this back here so that it was not fed in paprika. they said I had to buy another one! They said it was a wrong communication and I should have said a cup. what I did! jocelyn and I discussed the jalapeños before I finished my order because I asked if they were cut off as it was always to chop. Before she finished my order by phone, she asked if I wanted her since she was hacked. I said I'd like a cup on the side. (this is the only thing I order here and order it every time on the same way...in the regular with a cup jalapeños and an extra cup of pickles....very disappointed that they don't seem to pay attention to customer service anymore. in the rule, if there is a mistake, and especially if it has been discussed prior to order, a restaurant makes it right. I didn't eat it because it's so hot and I didn't order it like that. it wasn't like I could take the discs away. they are finely chopped and cover all salate. asked about manager...who then said...” I spoke to my superior and she said you had to pay for another salat!” I thought you were the manager! the customer service seems to have no more priority. two weeks in a row. I always got a great service when the blonde lady made it! it was never like that before it had a great service. very disappointed! and her Mexican thunfishe started! don't know if it still. after this. I won't even risk it!

Absolutely amazing eating, great atmosphere and very clean. burger, tomaten basilikumsuppe and the muffins so good.

Had lunch here today for the first time and had the tuna salad sandwich, will definitely be back!
