So 8 of us walk into Pietro's, my first time, and this amazing woman greets us...Ms Rose. Between all of us, we ordered just about everything on the menu. Let me tell you...this little Sicillian woman can cook! There is NO other Italian restaurant that can even compare. Every bite was absolutely delicious. Ms Rose cooks every order exactly the way you want it, so it takes just a little while, but the food is well worth the wait! I've been in Longview for 7 years now and can't believe I've missed eating here all those years.

Friendly atmosphere. Owners make you feel at home. Great food, best Sicilian pizza in town. Always have more pasta then can eat and makes a good snack the next day. Desserts are a must, lemon cello is perfect on a hot day.

I drive an hour to eat here it's that good!! Service is always great, and everyone is so kind here. I order their speciality pizzas, and it is well worth the wait. The crust is the perfect amount of crunch and the cheese that of a movie scene. Calabrese is my favorite) Never disappointed : If you get the chance, make a trip to Pietro's. Steven is so kind and always serves with a smile.

This is the best pizza in East Texas, hands down, even better than Bruno's. My wife's parents have been going here to eat for 30+ years! And now us for at least 20 years! Nice quiet, beautifully decorated environment with amazing fresh pizzas and pastas(great wine selection too). The owners have always been so nice, And always take care of us! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Italian experience in Texas.
