Sonic Drive-in - Longview

Waited an hour in the drive through for TWO drinks. We called several times and were made to wait again. When we got our drinks the milkshake was sour, and the slush was completely watered down. We got sick and it ruined our whole day out. The very least you could have done after making us wait an hour was remake the drinks ; ;

Worst sonic I have ever been to. First they tell us that the computer is down and we have to wait. Then they never come back on and we have to press the button again to try and order. They come on and act surprised when we tell them we've been waiting here to order. We finally place the order and wait over 40 minutes on 3 simple meals, and never got them. Oh, and they tried bringing us two other orders that weren't ours. We ended up leaving with no food. Sonic is already horrible food, but this was absolutely ridiculous. We will never go back to this Sonic, and it will probably be years before I give sonic another chance, if ever. Thanks for the great service team. Absolute disappointment. Thanks for wasting over an hour of my life for nothing.

I ordered chicken sliders. Note: they take longer. They should tell you this. I had hungry babies. They love Sonic! Service always nice.

I love the staff at this Sonic.. They are always very kind but the food is lacking the Sonic greatness. I stopped in yesterday( Tuesday )for burgers for my granddaughter and I and the burgers and fries were cold. Then on the way to work this morning I ordered a bacon toaster.....it had 2 small pieces of bacon on it. This is my favorite Sonic in town but I'm so disappointed in the food quality. I'll stick to only ordering ice water with extra ice.

I love this Sonic Drive Inn it is my favorite. All of the waiters are very nice and friendly and always have our order correct and prompt. I have had the pleasure of meeting the manager who is very nice and friendly. He sometimes bring our order to us and speaks even when he see us. He is very friendly and wants to know if we have any problems. He also keeps his place clean and sparkling. it is a pleasure to sit and enjoy your meal or just have a drink. We love our Sonic on 4th Street. Sue Hester
