Whataburger - Longview

I had a disappointing experience during the overnight shift. I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger, specifically asking for no bacon. Instead, they gave me one with bacon and without the onions I requested. It’s not a complicated order, so I’m really frustrated by the lack of attention. After removing the bacon, I took a bite and found the meat to be incredibly dry. Unfortunately, I can't leave work to get a new burger. I won’t be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The service was excellent, and the burger was delicious. The menu has a great variety, including a chicken sandwich. You can also substitute onion rings for fries, and the onion rings are quite tasty. Additionally, they offer a selection of dipping sauces. For dessert, I enjoyed a delightful fried apple pie. On a side note, the bathroom could use some attention.

One of the things I miss the most about Texas is Whataburger and its incredible hospitality! They brewed a fresh pot of coffee when they noticed how weak my cup was. They then kindly poured out my old coffee and brought me a new batch. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating!

The gravy is water. It's not good at all. It doesn't even taste like gravy. I went 2 days ago and ordered a Whataburger Jr meal with onion rings and the only thing that was good was the onion rings. The burger was cold.

The customer service here is terrible. I've been there several times, and each time I've encountered extremely rude staff. I believe the team and management could benefit from better training than what they currently have. In contrast, if you visit another Whataburger in the area, the service is prompt and the overall experience is much more enjoyable.
