Le Saigon - Lons-le-Saunier

Great authentic eating, very nice staff. to the tourist who declare the menu. they would have visited again.

We went to le saigon and had that: early rolls: pretty good, but a little more crimped would have been nice banh xeo (vietnamese filled pancake:) the pancake itself was a little small, and the ingredients seemed to have baked together with the pancake. strange. Vietnamese salate: good! bun rieu (soup:) good substance, but more crumble please. frog legs: tasted and looked like a stew (which we never saw in vietnam) with some ingwer so ... a mixed experience. we were not very impressed.

Une très bonne cuisine asiatique. Le serveur était top et nous a communiqué diverses informations sur les plats très intéressantes. A recommander sans hésitation

Des plats savoureux, authentiques originaux, un service impeccable et chaleureux. La salle est somme toute un peu vieillotte mais je crois n'avoir jamais mangé dans un aussi bon asiatique !
