Feedback gevenThe staff there is quite rude and downright unpleasant. I sincerely hope the corporate office intervenes and shuts them down. There's no justification for such behavior towards paying customers.
Call me crazy, but if your hours say you're open until 9 PM, you really shouldn't lock the doors and turn away customers at 8:45 PM. I get that restaurants need time to clean up, but I've worked in fast food before, and we served customers until closing time and cleaned afterwards. If you're not actually going to be open during your stated hours, maybe you should consider changing them.
However, when we reached the register, she had a question, and the evening supervisor, Sherry, came over to assist. Sherry informed us that we couldn’t use the coupon because we had chosen different meats. The young employee apologized, explaining that she had already told us it was okay. Sherry then called her manager right there, in front of everyone, but didn’t mention that our sandwiches had already been made or that her employee had preapproved it. The conversation with her manager was accusatory, making us feel unwelcome as customers. After hanging up, Sherry simply stated, “She said no,” and displayed a rude attitude without offering any solutions. My mother asked if we could just be charged for the higher-cost meat while still using our coupon, but the answer remained no. My mother then expressed that if we couldn’t use the coupon, we didn’t want to complete our purchase. The supervisor mentioned that the sandwiches would be thrown away, to which I responded, “Are you saying you’d rather throw the food away than act in the spirit of good customer service?” She didn’t reply and just glared at us. I mentioned that I would be contacting the manager personally, and another customer at a nearby table, who had overheard the entire exchange, said she would also reach out. The young woman who served us, who we learned was only in her second day of work, was genuinely apologetic and caring, despite her supervisor’s demeanor. Overall, we left feeling very dissatisfied with the service. This experience reflected extremely poor customer service, and we will not be returning to this location.
I come here to eat almost everyday as I work very close to this location. Michelle is always there to great me with a warm happy smile. Really makes me feel welcome when I come into the store. She is an asset to this Subway location and always goes of ofher way to make sure I have a great dining experience at this location. It's very difficult to find employees that enjoy theirjob as much as Michelle seems to . It's refreshing to see. . As an added plus , Michelle is also easy on the eyes, so, ummm yeah, there's that. ; The entire team here works hard and gives 110% . I have personally seen the staff here go above andbeyond to make their customers happy. I wouldn't worry about a few negative reviews. You can't make everyone happy. Just keepdoing what you are doing. The entire staff here is awesome and I wouldn't change a single employee!!
This place is by far the worst place I have eaten in a long time. The so called owner is so disrespectful and does not care about her customers. She actually thinks the customers are in service to her. I will gladly go out of my way to eat somewhereelse. I don 't care how far away it is. I 'd rather eat gas station sushi before I eat at this place again.
